This 1932 Ford AA was especially liked by firefighters. The vehicle was equipped with an early Ford V-8 engine. The V-8 provided plenty of power and snappy performance. The open cab design made the vehicle very flexible and accessible.
The fire engine also included a 500 gallons per minute Howe pump as well as an on board 100 gallon water storage tank which was used for quick attack at remote locations. The bed was designed for ample hose and ladder storage.
